Even though only 3 star hotel, but is quite high end like 4star. The room and bed was so comfortable.
Good location good breakfast. Nothing bad review for this hotel. Excellent!

I stayed in Arosa for doing some work assignment therefore I requested for less noise. 1st night was okey until the room one level above my room had kids who sort of moved furniture around, however I could sleep after receiving assurance from front office that they already warned the room above. The 2nd night, the room next door also had a kid who also sort of moved furniture around. I am glad that the hotel management changed room so I could sleep well. I have to say that the management took this matter seriously and ensure my room was less noise. I must admit that the hotel room worth the price, very clean, and the breakfast had a lots of variety, excellent. During my stay, I continously heard doors of rooms next door, opening and closing, cleaning trolley moved around because the floors are not covered with carpets. If you choose the room at the 3rd floor and far from the elevator, you should be fine.

Was staying at 8th floor, it was very noise. Apparently the Hotel has a rooftop resto/club and blasting music so very loud on Saturday night and I could heard it from my room. My window room was shattering. The breakfast buffet was okay.. had a few choices of food but the taste was so so. Could be better. Room was clean and the amenities were fine. Hoping for a better improvement.
